Plugin description
The Moodle Inventory & Booking System plugin was created to help universities, schools, and anyone using the Moodle platform manage their object inventory in a smart way.
These objects can then be booked by users who are authorized to make reservations (not all platform users can use this plugin). Access to the booking system is granted only to users assigned to a specific ad-hoc system role.
Authorized users can create bookings for themselves, modify them, and delete them.
The platform administrator is the only user who can manage bookings on behalf of another authorized user.
This plugin is distributed for free and can be used at no cost, but it includes some limitations.
Purchasing a PRO license provides an API key that removes all limits on object creation and object properties, and unlocks additional features to manage inventory and bookings in a more advanced way, including new views and filters.
Free version
The free version of the plugin can be used at no cost and is fully functional, but it comes with some limitations. It allows you to create up to 15 objects and a maximum of 5 properties, and it does not include access to advanced features. The free version is ideal for testing and basic use, while the PRO version removes all limits and unlocks the full potential of the plugin.
